About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Baxter Healthcare. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will play a critical role in advancing and sustaining our manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-based computer vision systems for complex industrial automation use cases.
  • Support the deployment of advanced technologies at our manufacturing facilities, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Effectively manage project deliverables and commitments, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Identify equipment/automation issues and recommend/implement improvements to Digital Transformation products and technologies.
  • Support training workshops for regional and site manufacturing engineers on Digital Transformation technologies, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Generate technical documentation in support of project deliverables and requirements, including protocols, reports, user requirements specifications, design specifications, validation test cases, manuals, and work instructions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in computer vision and industrial automation.
  • Advanced computer literacy/proficiency, with experience in software development, coding, and related IT skills.
  • Prior experience leading projects in a manufacturing setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak both Spanish and English proficiently.
