Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead a team of recruitment specialists to achieve sales and recruitment targets
  • Manage and develop the team's skills and knowledge to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales and recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and recruitment

Requirements

  • Native level of German
  • Proficient level of English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (outbound call and business development) or customer support
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in people coordination
  • Creative, adaptable, and proactive
  • Team player
  • Excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
