About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at SD Worx. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for delivering medium to large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, while staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice to ensure successful implementations
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client's key users
  • Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support
  • Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, and/or Recruiting modules
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology
  • Good understanding of HR processes
  • High level of English is essential; French or German are welcome
  • You like autonomy and taking initiative, and you are self-managing
  • You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself to continuously improve
