SAP HCM Junior Consultant with Italian Language Skills

**Job Summary**
Your application for a Junior SAP HCM Consultant position with Alight is currently under review. As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize our business processes, Alight has announced its intention to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. This transaction is expected to close soon, and the position you are applying for will be aligned with the new Payroll & Professional Services entity owned by HIG Capital.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities to our outsourced SAP client.
- Manage simple tickets after receiving functional analysis and guidance/coaching on the technical implementation approach.
- Generate easy-to-maintain, bug-free code and customizing that adheres to Alight's best practices.
- Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications.
- Provide documentation (technical and functional) on issues handled.
- Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and regularly reporting status and progress to the AMO Team Manager.
- Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at an appropriate level.
