We are seeking an experienced sales and listing agent with a strong command of languages to join our team at Lucas Fox Tarragona.

Our extensive portfolio of exceptional properties in the most desirable areas of the Costa Dorada is complemented by a team of experienced, multilingual professionals dedicated to providing a wide range of high-quality services to our clients.

We are looking for a talented individual who can leverage their knowledge of the local market, excellent communication skills, and business acumen to drive sales and listings in the Tarragona region.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop in-depth knowledge of the Costa Dorada and Tarragona region to effectively list and market properties.
  2. Collect and verify all required property documentation, and negotiate mediation contracts with owners.
  3. Manage client relationships, providing regular feedback and reports on market trends and listed properties.
  4. Drive business development in the assigned area(s) through property listing, networking, and other activities.
  5. Handle client interactions from initial contact to finalization and sales agreements.
  6. Manage the complete sales cycle, offering creative solutions to owners and buyers to close deals.
  7. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and personal database, ensuring alignment with business requirements and activity.
Requirements:
  1. Professional presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
  2. Financial acumen, ability to work in an international team, and a proactive approach.
  3. Organized, flexible, and practical, with excellent customer service skills and experience working with demanding clients.
  4. Previous experience in real estate or high-end sales, as well as specific knowledge of the Costa Dorada region, is highly valued.
  5. Advanced language skills in English and Spanish, with additional languages such as French, German, or Dutch being a significant advantage.
