Job Title: Modality Sales Specialist - Coronary North Spain

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Modality Sales Specialist to join our team in North Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the cardiology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products, solutions and services.
  • Drive overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.
  • Develop, maintain and improve relations with a limited number of key accounts to keep or set Philips as the preferred supplier.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Initialize and coordinate all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.
  • Create, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, optimal offers for the accounts.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Create an account plan for each account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group.
  • Create and implement action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips.
  • Drive the performance of the functions in the account team to achieve goals.
  • Systematically analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to propose improvements.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs from North of Spain.
  • Demonstrate presentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Provide technical & product support during Congress & workshops Live Cases that take place in hospitals under territory responsibility.
