Their charging stations are designed to provide an unparalleled rest and recharge experience.
Job SummaryAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the deployment of charging sites in Spain. This will include acquiring permits, securing grid connections, civil works, and construction. You will be responsible for the project until the site is operational.
Key Responsibilities- Deployment Planning: Develop and manage deployment plans, including scope and budget planning at the start of each project.
- Site Management: Oversee the delivery of the charging site, including installation design, construction drawings, acquiring necessary permits, and grid connection.
- Contractor Management: Manage external contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met, and our high reputation is maintained.
- Project Evaluation: Continuously evaluate project deliverables and performance with relevant stakeholders in the deployment process, including property owners/managers, permitting authorities, and grid operators.
- Relationship Management: Manage ongoing relationships with key teams, such as asset management, engineering, and SHEQ.
- Cost Management: Ensure transparency on project costs and monitor budget.
- Issue Resolution: Identify issues affecting feasibility and timelines for new charging sites and ensure sites are delivered cost-effectively within the established timeline.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in project management, preferably in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Extensive experience in project and vendor management.
- The ability to work independently while also being able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- An affinity with the renewable energy sector/e-mobility.
- Excellent English and German language skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems and make well-judged decisions.
- The ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to new environments.
- Alignment with our mission and values, specifically: reliable, sustainable, and fast-paced.
- The ability to radiate energy and engage others in various ways.
