- Security and Monitoring: Help implement effective security and reliability monitoring, ensuring the integrity of our systems and data.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge bases, ensuring that our team has access to the information they need to succeed.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to resolve complex and critical issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Standards and Compliance: Define and communicate standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, audit requirements, and data protection laws.
- Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a DevOps/SRE, including experience in software development.
- Technical Skills: Experience in a language such as Python/Golang, automation tools like Ansible/Terraform, and in-depth knowledge of AWS cloud platform.
- Agile Development: Understanding of Agile software development and management tools like Jira.
- Kubernetes and Databases: Deep understanding and practice with Kubernetes, as well as experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Web Applications and APIs: Familiarity with managing web applications and modern APIs, and ability to understand and troubleshoot errors in builds and applications.
