About the Role

As a Sales Team Member at Under Armour, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our retail stores. You will be the face of our brand, embodying our values of Act Sustainably, Celebrate the Wins, Fight on Together, Love Athletes, and Stand for Equality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Model the Under Armour service culture and customer expectations, communicating brand messages and product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandise and floor sets, and comply with Under Armour policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and account for self-development, seizing growth opportunities to increase performance.
Requirements
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in local language.
  • Proficient in use of computers and other technology.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
