We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology team and drive innovation in our animation production process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the technology team: You will oversee the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring that our systems and tools are aligned with our business goals.
- Driving innovation: You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance our animation production capabilities.
- Collaborating with artists: You will work closely with our artists to understand their needs and provide technical support to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
- Managing projects: You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and prioritizing development projects to meet our business objectives.
Requirements:
