We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Trainer to join our team at Nordex Group. As an HSE Trainer, you will be responsible for providing technical training to our O&M technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure our technicians and customers have the necessary skills to operate and maintain our wind turbines safely and efficiently.
- Safety Training: Design and implement safety training programs to educate our technicians, subcontractors, and customers on potential hazards and risks associated with wind turbine operations.
- Training Center Development: Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain a state-of-the-art training center that meets the evolving needs of our industry.
- Training Program Creation: Design and create training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our customers and technicians.
- Material Preparation: Develop and prepare training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources, to support our training programs.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to our technicians and customers on demand, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to operate and maintain our wind turbines.
- Experience: Proven experience in the wind industry, with a strong understanding of wind turbine operations and maintenance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Initiative and Proactivity: A proactive and initiative-driven individual who can anticipate problems and drive improvements in our training programs.
