Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with OKRs, take manual actions in different operational scenarios, such as rain, strikes, and marches.
- Ensure compliance with metrics such as cancel rate, GMV lost, and defeat rate.
- Develop proposals that add value to Rappitenderos and improve their experience in the app.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations.
- Tech or technology degree in operations.
- Intermediate level of office tools.
- Google sheets, Google docs.
- Experience in managing personnel and commercial relationships.
- Must be located in Cartagena.
- Shift: Sunday to Sunday with 1 day of rest. Rotating.
