The Role
We are seeking an experienced individual to serve as a Scrum Master, leading an international team, many of whom operate remotely, on a global initiative for one of the leading food and beverage corporations worldwide. This project focuses on enhancing Mobile Applications Management for an eCommerce platform.
We value passionate individuals with strong personalities and direct experience in managing modern technical projects within an agency setting.
Key Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master, you will engage in a cross-functional environment and facilitate the enhancement of our agile framework. Collaborate closely with Program Management, Product Owners, Development Teams, and fellow Scrum Masters to foster an agile mindset and ensure uniform operations across teams. Provide coaching to Product Owners and Development Teams to enhance their agile practices. Guide the team towards achieving self-organization. Contribute to the definition and documentation of working methods to ensure visibility for and from the squad. Ensure that the agile mindset adopted by the squad aligns with the broader organization. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to identify synergies. Act as a vital resource within the Agile Community of Practice (CoP). Offer support, coaching, and guidance on Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies to the team. Demonstrate strong experience in driving agile practices from design through to implementation. Work closely with various stakeholders within the organization to mitigate impediments or blockers.Main Relationships

Who are you?
At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a digital product team, including development, testing, and coaching Product Owners. Proficient user of Jira and Confluence (Atlassian). Capable of identifying alignment with the agile mindset and influencing the Product Owner and team towards improvement. Adaptable to changing environments, particularly during agile transformation initiatives. Exhibits a servant leader attitude, focused on removing obstacles for the team. Experience in agile transformation is advantageous.Skills & Behaviors
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences. Capable of leading, mentoring, and empowering the agile team. Proficient in troubleshooting management. Action-oriented mindset. Strong peer relationship skills. Service-oriented approach.Preferred: Scrum Certification.
