Senior Product Manager Trauma Iberia

Stryker Iberia S.L. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product line in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry.
- Experience working with implants, preferably in the orthopedic and trauma sector.
- Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English.
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
