Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for leading the management of data analysis and exploitation, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Correlate data from customer surveys with business indicators, service levels, and network technical indicators.
- Maintain up-to-date reports reflecting the company's most relevant KPIs.
- Support analysis and definition of company objectives.
- Measure the impact of business actions implemented by the company.
- Measure and ensure the impact of actions generated by the Continuous Improvement area.
- Analyze and track complaints and identify voices, causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support to Continuous Improvement supervisors for data generation and analysis with actionable summaries related to the customer (NPS, calls, digital transactions, store visits, and technical indicators).
- Participate actively in root cause analysis sessions with the Continuous Improvement analyst or leader, if required.
- Present monthly findings in a clear, easy-to-understand report with graphs and tables to directors, enabling them to make strategic decisions at the company level.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in related areas to the customer.
- Area: preferably in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or similar.
- Education: University student in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
- English: Intermediate.
- Knowledge: SQL and Excel. Optional knowledge: Power BI, Python, Statistics.
