Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch Language Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively sourcing and networking with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks.
- Conducting pre-screening and initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific job roles.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure a thorough understanding of the job openings.
- Managing the candidate pipeline and keeping track of candidate interactions and progress.
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding assistance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong sourcing and networking skills to actively identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
