Bell Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bell Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval, as well as provide directions and information about the hotel and local area.
• Arrange transportation for guests, including taxi cabs, shuttle buses, and limousine/sedan services.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests and ensure they have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
• Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, as well as move around the hotel and its surroundings.
