Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Safety Project Lead to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Pharmacovigilance team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering excellence in assigned projects, covering post-market products.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Interface Management: Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality customer service.
- Project Delivery: Manage customer deliverables and bring continuity to project design and delivery through customer delivery, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
- Project Initiation and Risk Management: Support the start-up of new projects using standard operating procedures and best practices, identifying potential risks during project initiation and implementing mitigation measures to ensure seamless delivery at the maintenance stage.
- Account Ownership and Metrics Reporting: May act as an account owner over a program or customer portfolio and therefore report program/portfolio level metrics and provide oversight of projects.
- Solution Architecture: Provide leadership and accountability for crafting and defending proposed solutions to new standalone Safety business opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Customer-Facing Collateral and Operational Support: Provide leadership and structure for customer service interface from scoping stage, through proposal generation, bid defense to transition of work and service delivery, ensuring effective communication and high-quality customer service.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop specialist expertise and may act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on departmental or global initiatives, providing expert guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or other directly related field.
- Experience: Around 2-3 years' experience in Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management, etc.) with project management experience.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of applicable global, regional, and local clinical research regulatory requirements; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work and lead teleconferences; strong presentation skills; report writing skills and customer focus skills.
