Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Walters People. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support our Sales and Marketing leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Consolidate and provide financial analysis of Sales and Marketing performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Financial Presentations: Prepare and support in financial presentations for stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Continuously standardize, develop, and digitize the reporting and analysis process for Sales and Marketing with the ambition to provide insights upfront.
  • Business Initiatives: Consolidated view and tracking of business initiatives in Sales and Marketing, coordinating with Finance.
  • Finance Support: Finance support in new business flows, review business cases, and new transactions relating to Sales and Marketing.
  • Bonus Calculation: Review and coordinate Sales and Marketing bonus calculation process.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Cost Center Structure: Owner of Sales and Marketing cost center structure and oversee Sales and Marketing related dimensions and definitions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or related area.
  • Language Skills: Strong communications skills in English, verbally and in writing.
  • Skills: Self-starter with excellent analytical skills, a structured manner, and the ability to make things happen.
  • Experience: Experience from ERP systems, analytical tools, and MS Office.

Reporting Line: You will be reporting to the Head of Global Finance Operations and be located in either Gothenburg or Valencia, Spain.
