Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Speech Team Leader to join our Language Technologies Unit. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and researchers in the development of deep learning models for speech-related tasks, and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers and researchers in the development of deep learning models for speech-related tasks.
- Develop and implement deep learning models for speech recognition, speaker identification, and other related tasks.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate speech models into larger systems.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of speech models.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and guidelines for speech model development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in deep learning and speech recognition.
Requirements
Education
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is required. A PhD in a related field is an asset.
Experience
At least 4 years of experience in deep learning and speech recognition is required. Experience in leading teams and managing projects is an asset.
Skills
Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks and speech recognition algorithms. Experience with version control tools and MLOps best practices is an asset.
Language
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish and other European languages is an asset.
