Job Summary

The Program Coordinator is a key role within the School's programs, responsible for delivering and managing day-to-day projects and activities. This includes serving as the primary interface between students, professors, and multiple IE departments, coordinating various tasks and program components, managing communication flows, implementing guidelines and policies, and supporting program logistics and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with students to resolve issues, offer advice, and provide support with empathy and a professional customer-oriented approach.
  • Co-manage relationships with class representatives in collaboration with other team members.
  • Support students facing academic difficulties or overall challenges within the program.
  • Manage written and oral communications with students, including regular updates, presentations, and information sessions.
  • Use student feedback to identify ways to improve their experience.
  • Liaise with professors to communicate student situations, request feedback, and ensure timely submission of grades and syllabi.
  • Collaborate with other IE departments to ensure a successful student experience.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of new curricular and extracurricular innovations.
  • Supervise and coordinate Program Assistants with professionalism and maturity.
  • Maintain and enhance academic guides and materials for students and faculty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Bilingual or advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with substantial professional experience in both languages.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience required.
  • Valid EU work permit required.
  • International experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management capabilities and customer management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and high level of accountability.
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder environments and excellent communication skills.
