This position is part of Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U.'s efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Junior Logistics Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily same-day or next-day volume and capacity planning to meet customer demands.
  • Sequence delivery routes and monitor volume flow to optimize package delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate planning, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standard work processes to improve network efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to maintain Amazon's high service levels.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and manage Excel data reports and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in using multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • B2/C1 English level.
  • Weekend flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Logistics or Transportation.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to night shift patterns.
  • Working experience with programming and coding languages (SQL or Python).
