About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead our Data Science and Analytics Practice. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data engineering processes, including CI/CD, data pipelines, real-time and batch-oriented architectures, and data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data engineering processes and solutions for clients
  • Work with clients to understand their data engineering needs and provide consultative mentorship
  • Build client-facing presentations to highlight the Data Engineering/Science Practice Area and our talent network
  • Collaborate with commercial organizations to build technical partnerships and go-to-market strategies
  • Provide input on client proposals and contribute to the development of the company's data engineering approach

Requirements

  • Strong background in data engineering processes, including CI/CD, data pipelines, real-time and batch-oriented architectures, and data science solutions
  • Experience in consulting for external clients and constructing solutions that meet client needs
  • Working knowledge of modern data processing solution technologies, such as Apache Airflow, Kafka, and Python
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
