We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Office Manager to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Provide exceptional administrative support, including managing calendars, supplies, and vendors, as well as serving as the first point of contact for all office-related matters.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate events and activities that foster a positive and inclusive environment, engaging with the community and promoting our company culture.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Collaborate with Corporate People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing team members.
- Travel and Logistics: Support travel requests, catering, security, and other assigned duties, ensuring that all logistical needs are met efficiently.
- Education and Experience: Hold higher professional training studies in Administration, Management Assistance, or a similar field, or equivalent university studies. Minimum three years of experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and communication skills, with a minimum English Level B2.
- Personal Qualities: Be a resourceful, creative, self-managed, and dynamic individual with keen attention to detail, able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks under competitive deadlines.
- Additional Skills: Experience with event coordination/management and supplier relationships is highly desirable.
