About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Strategist Intern to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients, monitoring and optimizing campaign performances, and identifying growth opportunities within our existing business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our clients, including monitoring and optimizing campaign performances
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within our existing business portfolio
  • Collaborate with our Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions teams to troubleshoot issues and improve campaign performance
  • Contribute to the development of strategic partnerships across our products
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as creating IOs and tickets
Requirements
  • Completed an internship in sales and client service, preferably in a tech-related industry or online marketing
  • Strong business sense and ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
