Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Executive to join our team at Chubb in Madrid. As a Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account management services to our global clients, ensuring that all handled programs and policy documentation are issued to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide account management services to global clients, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of policy documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, clients, brokers, and other external parties.
- Support business development and client relationship activities, including account handling and supporting global client service executives and underwriters.
- Assist with ongoing projects to improve the global services department.
- Ensure that Chubb's service standards are met and exceeded in the implementation of global programs.
Requirements
- Native or advanced level in French, German, or a Nordic language.
- Professional language skills in English.
- Working experience within the insurance industry is desirable.
- Previous experience of servicing multinational insurance projects is preferred.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong customer service skills and customer-centric attitude, as well as attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
- Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
