Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

• Verify and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including financial reporting and tax requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel or SAP.
