As the leader of this international campus, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and vision of Berklee Valencia, ensuring its academic programs, enrollment, and operations are aligned with the college's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Berklee Valencia campus, ensuring alignment with the college's overall mission and goals.
- Lead decisions related to campus enrollment, programming, and operations to ensure financial sustainability.
- Collaborate with Berklee leadership to develop unique and distinctive programs that differentiate Berklee Valencia from other schools of performing and creative arts.
- Recruit, develop, and maintain a talented and highly respected faculty, staff, and student community.
- Lead the Berklee Valencia Executive Team and foster a sense of community through strong communication.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the music industry and a proven track record of leadership in a higher education setting. They will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
