About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waiter Assistant to join our team at La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, accommodating special dietary requirements and requests.
  • Offer menu recommendations and provide exceptional service during meals.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests, take orders accurately, and communicate with the kitchen and other staff members.
  • Friendly and attentive demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
