Key Responsibilities:- Implement quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs.
- Lead and participate in workshops, prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success.
- Deliver approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable and work with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget.
- Support customer solution reviews and health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4's footprint.
- Engage in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers, staying relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice.
- Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English.
- Excited about technology-enabled change.
- Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet an assignment deadline.
