About the Role:

As a Business Systems Analyst at Align Technology, Inc., you will play a critical role in improving internal treatment planning production flow. You will work closely with the OPS SW team to automate manual operations, fulfill new feature requests, reduce workarounds, and build solid processes with Operations Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clarify functional and non-functional requirements with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and support formal documentation (SRS, RTM)
  • Review formal documentation with stakeholders
  • Analyze data from various sources, including Datalake and Database, to inform business decisions
  • Support the Stage Gate process for team projects from a documentation standpoint
  • Present results to stakeholders and drive business decisions
