Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst

The FP&A Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in managing the daily transactional operations of FP&A processes to deliver services that meet business needs, improve operational effectiveness, and efficiency. This position is responsible for FP&A for the Care Enablement business entity in Spain, focusing on commercial P&L, including internal and external revenues, costs of revenues, and business-related SG&A.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of periodic financial reports for group purposes
  • Analysis of the profitability of the company and its organizational units
  • Preparation of management reports and budgets
  • Calculation of provisions and write-downs
  • Cooperation with the Accounting, Operational, and Medical Departments
  • Participation in international and local projects
Requirements:
  • Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Economics or Finance
  • CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting certification
  • Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding
  • Team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Passion for continuous learning and ability to solidly comprehend and fast familiarize with new and complex tasks

This role requires a highly professional attitude characterized by a result, quality, patient, and customer-oriented working style. Knowledge of SAP environment and experience in BI tools are assets. Fluency in English and Spanish languages is required.
