SAP In-House Logistics Consultant

Sulzer, a global leader in fluid engineering and chemical processing applications, is seeking a highly skilled SAP In-House Logistics Consultant to join our GF_IT team in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver SAP solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring global process and system harmonization.
  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support for production incident resolution.
  • Provide SAP training to key users/project team.
  • Execute assigned activities, including configuring the SAP system, performing system testing, and writing functional specifications.
  • Maintain SAP user manuals and develop/support SAP integration with other 3rd-party systems.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and adoption of best practices compliance management.
  • Coordinate activities with external SAP consultants.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or business studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in SAP modules MM (Material Management).
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or SAP WM (Warehouse Management) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of how to turn business requirements into ERP processes.
  • Good understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to make a strong business case on global best practices.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly and adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
  • Fluent English required – other languages are an advantage.
