About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and develop our engineering teams in delivering complex projects across various sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, leading project teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage project teams to deliver electrical design work on complex projects.
  • Design and Development: Design and develop electrical systems, including power and lighting designs, and ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with other disciplines, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and technology teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Quality Control: Maintain accurate project documentation and design data, and ensure quality control on projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with Electrical Emphasis from an accredited program.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a similar role or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Team Management Experience: Proven experience in team management and coordination.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of international regulations and standards (NFPA, BS, IEC, etc.) and proficiency in engineering calculation software for electrical discipline (CANECO, ETAP, etc.).
