Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Orthodontics Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the Western European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Develop Business Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new cases and sales revenue.

Sales and Account Management

Make phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers to deliver sales presentations, highlight product benefits, and win new customers.

Proposal Development and Communication

Develop and communicate clear and effective written proposals and quotations to existing and prospective customers.

Training and Education

Train clinic staff to actively engage in promoting ClearCorrect to patients and provide support for patient growth activities.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate sales efforts with Inside Sales, Provider Service, Clinical Advisor, and marketing team to provide best-in-class service to providers and resolve customer complaints.

Market Analysis and Strategy

Analyze the assigned territory potential, identify opportunities, and craft a personal sales strategy to allocate time and resources effectively.

Reporting and Metrics

Report account activities through sales funnel (IANOS) in CRM and use sales dashboard to maintain account visibility.

Sales Performance

Meet sales targets and other metrics set by management on a regular basis.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of Sales/Account Management Experience

A strong track record in sales/account management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Solid Presentation Skills and Language Proficiency

Solid presentation skills and language proficiency in the assigned territory, with basic English language skills required.

Analytical and Reporting Skills

Ability to analyze data and generate reports on metrics defined by management.
