About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our Global Operation Services Team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Practice Management and Business Operations teams to drive business growth and scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze project, opportunity, and timecard data to inform business decisions and drive impact against our Professional Services business objectives.
  • Maximize available capacity to staff customer engagements, working closely with practice managers to assess staffing needs and optimize the staffing process.
  • Ensure timely entry of billable time and expenses across engagement teams, driving compliance and accuracy.
  • Act as a business partner to Professional Services leadership team and executives, providing insights to shape the strategy of the business.
  • Manage business escalations, serving as a point of contact and subject matter expert.
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Business Advisory Managers to develop mechanisms such as Training and Certification matrices and Consultant Skill profiles.
  • Update, review, and maintain tools and documentation essential for the organization's success.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working in Professional Services Operations, Sales Operations, or in a project environment (PMO or Project coordination role).
  • Experience with inputting, extracting, and analyzing data and building dashboards.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including creating pivot tables and charts, developing formulas, and using vlookup formulas.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Experience presenting business, project, and solution topics to audiences of different roles.
  • Understanding of the value proposition of the public cloud.
  • Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
