We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Team Manager to lead our design team in the development of electrical design plans, installation drawings, and other related documents. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in the development of electrical design plans, installation drawings, and other related documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that design plans meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assign and review tasks for design team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Validate and generate global design criteria to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Provide technical support to the design team and other departments as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process and department procedures.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in electrical design and team management.
- Strong background in electrical design, including experience with design software such as Smart Plant 3D, AutoCad, and AVEVA E3D.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the petrochemical industry, oil and gas, and energy sectors.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
