You will collaborate with a diverse group of talented individuals to effectively manage IT Resilience.
In your role, you will:
- Perform resilience assessments through comprehensive evaluations of essential IT services, applications, data, dependencies, and value chains to identify vulnerabilities.
- Ensure alignment and coherence among disaster recovery plans, testing protocols, backup strategies, and recovery environments, crafting a cohesive and robust resilience framework.
- Proactively pinpoint deficiencies in the organization’s resilience strategies and implement corrective measures to enhance overall readiness for disaster recovery scenarios.
- Maintain current process documentation for resilience strategies, ensuring accessibility for all stakeholders and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and document interdependencies among IT components, applications, and services to formulate thorough and precise recovery strategies.
- Promote a culture of Cyber Recovery preparedness within the IT community through awareness initiatives.
About the Team:
Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining IT Continuity, Resilience, and Disaster Recovery capabilities to mitigate the risk of service unavailability and enable prioritized recovery of IT Services during significant disruptions, minimizing impact on critical business processes.
We ensure that these measures are effectively integrated within the organization, considering modern and best-in-class operating models and technological environments (Cloud, SaaS, Dev(Sec)Ops, Infrastructure as Code).
Your qualifications
While no one is perfect and meets all requirements, if you meet some of the criteria below and are intrigued by the field of Disaster Recovery, we would be pleased to connect with you.
Must Have
- Expertise in IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery Management, Business Continuity Management, including Operational Resilience, with demonstrable experience in developing and executing Disaster Recovery Plans.
- Relevant certifications such as BCI, DRII, CRISC, CBAP / AAC or equivalent knowledge.
- Proficiency in crafting recovery strategies, backup and restoration processes, and a solid understanding of security principles for cyber threat recovery.
- Strong process management skills with a proven track record of designing and enhancing IT Continuity processes to ensure organizational resilience.
- Excellent command of English, capable of effectively communicating complex technical information.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Cloud Literacy, DevOps, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and knowledge of cloud platforms for recovery.
- Experience with Isolated Recovery Environments and a passion for Agile methodologies.
