Job Description:

Job Title: Strategic Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project charters, communication plans, and project schedules
  • Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Monitor and report project progress, and make adjustments as necessary
  • Close projects by documenting lessons learned and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or operations
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with MS Project and other project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, including finance, marketing, and supply chain management
