We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Chemist to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for leading formulation work, product innovation, and research and development projects.
Key Responsibilities- Formulation Development: Develop and propose prototypes based on marketing briefs, and supervise formulation and other critical tasks to provide guidance.
- Product Innovation: Design and develop new products, and run performance assessments to ensure stability and quality.
- Research and Development: Conduct in vitro and vivo experiments to support development, claims, and competitive understanding, and analyze data to make recommendations.
- Project Management: Determine project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Documentation and Compliance: Manage proper documentation, including systems, software, and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including QC, to ensure quality and compliance, and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- University degree in chemistry or a similar discipline.
- Experience in research and development of hair products.
- Expertise in research and development of cosmetic products.
- Advanced level of written and oral English, with good communication skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office tools.
