About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team at Leo Burnett. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative development of campaigns and projects, working closely with our team of designers, copywriters, and strategists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns and projects
- Lead and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure cohesive and effective creative solutions
- Conceptualize and design visual elements, including graphics, typography, and imagery
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creative direction and design
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably in an advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and design skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
