The Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Data Analyst team. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting business in their analytical needs, generating insights and recommendations that drive better decision-making and commercial results. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and your Data Analyst teammates to create a robust and high-skilled data analyst community.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Proactively connecting with business areas to understand their needs and generate accurate data-driven analysis and recommendations.
  • Product analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, such as increasing sales conversion, reducing product attrition, and improving digital funnels.
  • Customer analysis to understand customer behavior, customer lifetime value, and customer segmentation.
  • Supporting business with their reporting needs and providing analytical insights to inform business decisions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who is passionate about data analysis and has a strong analytical mindset. You'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field.
  • Full proficiency in Excel, SAS, and SQL, with knowledge of other programming languages such as R or Python a plus.
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in a comparable role, transforming data to extract key business insights using statistical and analytical concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • A willingness to learn and improve your technical and interpersonal skills.
