Senior Business Analyst - Azure DevOps / MS Dynamics

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging with business representatives and users to gather requirements and elicit User Stories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Writing User Stories with Detailed Acceptance Criteria
  • Structuring requirements/user stories and proposing the prioritization of features
  • Building user journey/navigation
  • Creating and/or updating mock-ups and wireframes
  • Testing and playing an active role coordinating and supporting user testing and/or training
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree and 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst or a Bachelor's Degree and 12 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • SAFe Agile certification (or appropriate experience in an Agile working environment)
  • Experience in supporting projects using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure, PowerApps Portal, MS Dynamics 365, MS SharePoint Online and/or Data analytics technologies Synapse, SQL DWH, Power BI
  • Experience in working with Azure DevOps or JIRA SDLC
  • Experience with document management/records management systems
