Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Hilton Barcelona. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruitment, training, development, prevention risk, and payroll processes. This includes the full life cycle of recruiting, where you will be directly involved in the attraction, development, and employee retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with Hilton standards and Spanish legislation.
  • Development: Support employee development through performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Prevention Risk: Coordinate actions with the External Prevention Service to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, and oversee compliance with regulations.
  • Payroll: Manage payroll processes, including employee data management, benefits administration, and tax compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a 4/5* property.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
