Regulatory Pharmacist

At Philusa Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Branch Regulatory Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory affairs department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with government licenses, permits, and ordinances.

• Ensure compliance with government licenses, permits, and ordinances
• Maintain a systematic file of all government licenses, product registrations, and certifications
• Record and update the Dangerous Drugs Record Book and Controlled Precursors and Essential Chemicals Record Book
• Stay up-to-date with new government guidelines and circulars
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
• Perform quality assurance functions to ensure product quality and safety
• Handle Product Quality Complaints and Adverse Drug Reaction/Adverse Drug Event
• Serve as the Pollution Control Officer for DENR-EMB and Safety Officer of the branch
• Perform administrative functions such as cashiering, petty cash custodian duties, processing MRS, and Consignment Replenishments

• BS Pharmacy graduate
• PRC License holder
