About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Collaboration Unit. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business impact through data-driven insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with primary stakeholders to understand data and business needs
  • Translate team needs into actionable insights and drive business impact
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments to inform business decisions
  • Create reports and analyses to help stakeholders understand customers, performance, and opportunities
  • Communicate findings and data insights to inform decision-making
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Knowledge of data analytics, experimentation, and statistical tools
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Prior experience influencing decision-making with data
  • Proactive and results-driven colleague with a passion for data-driven insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating and maintaining data integration solutions

About the Team

You will be working in the Insight team inside the Strategy & Analytics team. Your direct colleagues are mainly BI developers, data engineers, and QA engineers.
