Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Voip Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their seamless experience with our Voip services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd line technical support for troubleshooting Voip network issues
  • Own and execute feature/change requests for Voip services
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams

Requirements

  • Highly skilled in Voip technology, with a strong understanding of LAN-WAN, routing, switching, VLAN, and cableado estructurado
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Fluent in Spanish, English, and Catalan, with a high level of proficiency in English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
