Job Summary

As an Executive Director, Centralized Monitoring, you will provide strategic leadership for the development and delivery of Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM) strategy and centralized monitoring objectives. You will be responsible for directing, leading, and managing your assigned team to successfully complete CM deliverables in support of clients and studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and strategic leadership for the development and delivery of RBQM strategy and centralized monitoring objectives.
  • Direct, lead, and manage your assigned team to successfully complete CM deliverables in support of clients and studies.
  • Train, manage, and mentor team members within the department.
  • Collaborate with adjacent departments and functions to achieve centralized monitoring objectives.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
