About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at GMV, specializing in GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) projects. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software infrastructure for the evolution of Galileo Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our development team to integrate new software features and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Develop and test new software, including quality assurance and code reviews.
  • Participate in agile development frameworks and contribute to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Requirements

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer with a strong background in:

  • Coding skills in C++, Python, and shell scripting.
  • Version Control Systems, specifically Git.
  • Linux OS user-level expertise.
  • Network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications

We value previous experience and knowledge in:

  • CI/CD tools, such as Ansible and Jenkins.
  • Containerization and Kubernetes.
  • Linux System Administration.
