Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team at Kids&Us. As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and students in achieving academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in class preparation, student evaluation, and other events.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, grades, reports, and development, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Teaching experience is an asset, but not required.
- Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
- Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- Fixed-term contract.
- 23 hours per week.
